With the introduction of the IW6.5 -AS in-wall subwoofer we now have one of the best solutions for in-wall bass. We use a driver with parameters that match the infinite baffle characteristics of the typical drywall cavity to produce astounding bass response. The new IW6.5-AS is accurate, articulate, small, fast and rugged. It is based on our custom woofer used in the NSM EXP subwoofer! And it has remarkably linear and extended response of 24Hz to 110 Hz +/- 3 dB . The IW6.5 -AS is very easy to install. It has no crossover and must be driven by a subwoofer amp such as our A360 or A100 subwoofer amplifier, or you can use your receiver or amplifier with a built in subwoofer amp and crossover to power it. In any case, you will be rewarded with great, fast, articulate bass from a small potent, accurate in-wall subwoofer that matches the performance of high quality minimonitors and in-and-on-wall loudspeakers.
